Returns and Warranties

Damaged Goods

If something is damaged in shipping, that is the responsibility of the transportation company, and a claim for damages needs to be filed by our warehouse. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. Therefore, please notify us at once if an article arrives damaged–for two reasons: so that we can provide you with a replacement and so that we can file a claim with the shipper and reimburse you for the loss.

Defective Products

Should any product you purchase from us prove defective, please contact us within 15 days of your invoice date so that we can confirm your problem and arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund.


PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS ADDRESS. If you find a product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for making the return are the customer's responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee (minimun fee $10.00) will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us here or call our Massachusetts office at 508-888-8305 to receive return instructions, including:

  • Your Return Authorization number
  • The address where the merchandise should be returned
  • Other return information

Failure to follow this procedure may jeopardize your refund.
